The Problem With An Internet Tax Is....

"Local" companies do not have to pay "shipping and/or packaging" costs.  Internet companies do; so the idea that it is unfair that internet companies do not pay "sales taxes" is invalid.  Overall, internet companies may pay more for shipping and packaging than the cost of a sales tax, which may be much less per item than what it costs to package and ship products.  The lower costs of internet products may be a result of competition, efficient use of resources, and lower pricing of products to achieve sales...
