IRS COULD REVOKE NON-PROFIT STATUS FOR RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS OVER SAME-SEX MARRIAGE

Except that all a Church has to do is give up the non-profit status and set up a separate non-profit, social services organization to handle all their activities OTHER than the religious operations.  How hard is that?  Is there a lawyer in the audience?  Bueller....?
